I am a dentist, for intraoral photographs espesially teeth. I wish you all the details of the teeth, such as absolute pitch and others. The photo should mimic the natural teeth. because it is useful for me to imitate nature, but to replace missing teeth.

I do not agree that a point and shoot work. You have good lighting. You can force it to work, but there are too many compromises.
